We helped SAHASRA electronics in each level of this campaign entitled save your money. From video production, social media marketing, press relations, and advertisement in general. this campaign was about LED light bulb which is 85% more efficient than a normal incandescent bulb, saves money up to 80% And backup power for a maximum of three hours during power outage.
We used this video to outline all these benefits and show where these led lights may be used for maximum efficiency.
SAHASRA electronics, an LED lights manufacturer has been in Rwanda since 2012. It seemed like no one knew it was there. From July 2017, we worked with Sahasra to help them capture awareness and convert customers.
In Rwanda and everywhere else, people always Struggle so as to live. It costs them a deep sweating to earn money. To create an ad that will boom, we used a normal person not a super star to tell about the pros of using sahasra led lights as well as cons of not doing so.
Guess what that Kinyarwanda ad starts like! It says "you know what’s wrong with the fake lights in your house?" This ad made "fake lights" a slang of slangs among people and on radio stations. In short, everyone who saw this ad left triggered and with Sahasra in mind.
When our Nilefy brand ad launched everyone who saw it was like wooow!
The ad tells an amazing story of a guy whose name is Karoli. He left his home country and went abroad. Arriving there, he became busy and could not communicate with his friend Dative, on a daily basis. That friend of him always felt not at ease and tried to call him but he did hung up the phone because of hurry, going to work. Feeling disappointed, Dative sent him a whatsapp video singing an ancient song telling him to look back and remember his home people. This heart-touched karoli. But the ad end with Karoli confused asking himself how could he show her that he still cares. At a first sight, everyone was like I don’t get it. Is this the end? oops!! I didn’t expect it.
Can you discover what made it an ideal ad for Nilefy brand? It made everyone who saw it curiously think about Nilefy. He was like "how is it going to help Karoli and alike people?". We worked hard to make this commercial possible. Thanks to all hard workers who had a part in this.
