Brands help consumers to choose from a confusing array of choices.
Brands communicate the intrinsic quality of the product or service and reassure consumers they have made the right choice.
3. Engagement :
Brands encourage consumers to indentify with them using a range of touchpoints.
So, Who are you ? Who need to know ? How will they find out ? why should they care ? Your answers to these questions can now define what is your brand.
